At the 8.10.2020 City Council Meeting a concept proposal was approved. This proposal outlined an extensive capital improvement project in Montevallo, including Dailey Park Upgrades, Victory Building (renovation and occupation), Storm Shelter Installation, and securing a contract to develop a Hotel.
