The Parnell Memorial Library Board helps define the mission of the library, sets the policy that governs the library, and oversees the general management of the library. Board members are committed to ensuring that the Parnell Memorial Library serves all residents of Montevallo through programs, access to books and materials, and access to information. The library board meets quarterly on the 2nd Monday of the month at 4:00 pm at the library, and the public is always welcome to attend.
