Montevallo Chamber of Commerce presents "Montevallo Christmas Parade" on Thursday November 30, 2023 at 6pm -- with Tree Lighting 5:30pm / Downtown Montevallo.
The Montevallo Christmas Parade is all set to take place on Thursday, November 30th.The parade line-up will start at 4:30 p.m. in the Montevallo High School parking lot, with floats exiting onto Valley Street and traveling down Main Street in an organized formation. At 6:00 p.m. sharp, the Christmas parade will kick off! Don't miss out on this fabulous event; we are confident you will thoroughly enjoy it.
Here are some important points to remember about the Christmas Parade:
1. It is important to be aware that the upcoming parade will cause an increase in both vehicle and pedestrian traffic in the surrounding area before, during, and after the event. Please expect possible delays during this time and plan accordingly.
2. Parade vehicles should arrive between 4:30 p.m.- 5:45 p.m.
3. We kindly ask that you stay on your float until you reach your assigned parking spot for the safety of all riders. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding about this. Thanks for helping us ensure that everyone has a fun and safe time!
